Ziba Yazdani, with more than two decades of experience in education and educational management, has played a prominent role in empowering human resources and developing educational infrastructures. As the Chairwoman of the Board and CEO of Afrooz Zharf Andish Educational Institute, as well as the Training Manager of Atieh/Rahnama Educational Complex, she has conducted numerous workshops on modern teaching methods, classroom management, descriptive evaluation, instructional design, and e-learning.

Her membership in the Mining and Mineral Industries Commission of the Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, along with her extensive educational and research activities in the field of training within the stone industry, are among her notable achievements. In 2022, she successfully defended her PhD dissertation with the highest distinction at Allameh Tabataba’i University, titled: “Designing and Validating a Human Resource Empowerment Model with Emphasis on Training in the Building and Decorative Stone Industry.”

Through delivering specialized seminars at international exhibitions, teaching at university level, and collaborating with organizations such as the Ministry of Education, Ziba Yazdani has consistently worked toward enhancing the quality of education and guiding managers and staff toward the development of professional and personal competencies.
